My client, a blue chip consultancy, are currently trying to source 5 Test Managers with German language skills.
Financial services experience is essential for this role, and ideally Investment Banking experience.
Management both from a set up and ongoing basis
Facilitate requirement gathering through interviews, workshops, etc to scope test requirements and own change management for testing scope and define both functional and non functional test requirements
Define test plans, create test strategy and test scenarios, obtain sign off from all relevant stakeholders
Ability to prioritize testing requirements and resources based on business criticality
Budgeting and forecasting for the overall testing effort
Strong business communication skills
Self motivated and enthusiastic with ability to inspire team and align direction to achieve goals
Set up processes for delivery and governance
Ability to manage ambiguous situations and requests
Fluent in German/Swiss German
Strong stakeholder management with the ability to build lasting relationships
Good understanding and working knowledge of test automation tools and current industry trends
Good knowledge of testing processes and applicability across various software development methodologies
