On behalf of our client, a large Pharmaceutical organisation, Nicoll Curtin is looking to hire a Technical Documentation specialist to assist with the writing and editing of technical documentation according to established practices and principals.
Your main tasks will include:
- Writing and editing technical documentation according to normal industry principals and standards.
- Reviewing of current technical documentation so ensure it is fit for purpose.
- Analysing issues with documentation and use of judgement to make decisions and/or escalate non-standard issues.
Requirements:
- Experience writing and editing technical documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both in written and spoken form (English).
- Experience working within a customer focused environment and understanding of the value of customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of standard industry practices and principals within technical writing
- German language knowledge desirable.
