JOB DESCRIPTION
Planning and co-ordination in the client rollout, in forst step for Switzerlabd in the second step for the world wide rollout.
In detail it includes:
- Plan with the user the detailed rollout schedule.
- Fix date and time with user.
- Update the rollout database according to the planning.
- Coordinate the planning with the rollout teams in the different countries.
- Create different reports on a daily base according to the defined procedures.
- Create and update the training documentation together with the technical persons for the rollout.
- Check with the rollout teams on delays and changes for reasons and alternate possibilities.
- Support the rollout project management with administrative tasks.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Responsible for the detailed planning in Switzerland and different countries
- Responsible for the training documentation.
- Responsible for the daily reports (done rollouts, missed rollouts and reasosn for them)
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Good knowledge in Excel and experience working with databases (Especially with MS Access)
- Very good written as well as oral communication skills in German as well as English.
