For our client, a leading financial company in Zurich, Swisslinx are urgently searching for a highly motivated and competent
Network Vendor Manager (Contract, Zurich)
In this position you will be mainly responsible for the following tasks:
- Daily review of the incident list for network products;
- Prioritization of incidents;
- Follow-up with vendor;
- Review of SLAs and KPIs for network vendors and service providers.
This is a contract position in Zurich .

The contract will run until . Extensions are possible.
The working language is English. German is an asset.
For this position we are searching for a Service Manager with strong technical knowledge in the area of Networking (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, VOIP) and ideally hold a CCNA certification. Ideally you have experience with dealing with large telecom vendors and with SNOW (ServiceNOW). You are familiar with the creation of reports, including Excel and PowerPoint. The ideal candidate comes from an outsourced network environment and has high stress resistance.
