For a long term contract in Basel we are looking for a Web Application Developer ideally with experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
You should be skilled not only in Web Back End but also Web Front End application development with focus on:
- Database creation (MySQL)
- Web Application creation (ASP.NET, JavaScript, PHP)
- Data importing (XLS to MySQL)
- Web Query (Dynamic Query Builder)
- Web Layout and Interface Development
- Web Application (Document Import Wizard) Creation
Further specific expertise is needed in:
- Active Directory (Web Authentication)
- GIMP - Graphic Design Tool
- User Interface Design (Cover Flow & Dynamic Menus)
- UML 2.0
- Microsoft SharePoint 2007
- Eclipse 3.2.1 Software knowledge
The technology frame is defined as follows:
- Windows Scripting
- ASP.NET
- JavaScript
- PHP
- Windows Server 2003
- Windows Server 2008
- MySQL
Education/Experience:
- Fluent in English - oral and written
- Fluent in German - oral and written
- Pharmaceutical experience together with a good understanding of processes/organization etc. is a true asset
- Team work in a challenging IT environment with strong customer focus to deliver against milestones
- Ability to work in an international as well as multicultural environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility and experience in prioritizing tasks
- Ability to deal with variable workload
