Service Delivery Manager (Contract, Zurich )
In this challenging position you will be responsible for the management of services and projects, the monitoring and control of service performances as well as for determining process improvements.
You will review incidents, problems, changes and mechanisms for SLAs. Additionally you will prepare reports in ServiceNow.
This is a contract position in Zurich .
The start date is .
The contract will run until with possibilities of extensions.
For this position, we are searching for a Service Delivery Manager with experience in Excel Reporting and formula functions and basic networking knowledge. Experience in an outsourced network environment is advantageous.
