QA Project/Process Quality Manager - Switzerland - Contract
On behalf of our client, a major pharmaceutical company based in Switzerland, Nicoll Curtin require a Quality Assurance Project Manager to join their team, on-site in Basel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for objectively evaluating processes, work products, and services against applicable process descriptions, standards, and procedures.
- Responsible for identifying and documenting noncompliance issues. Provides feedback to project staff and operational staff on the results of quality assurance activities.
- Ensure that noncompliance issues are addressed.
- Determine new methods and develops new procedures for accomplishing work.
- Create a climate of collaboration and teamwork among team members and customer groups.
- Interface with all levels of management to negotiate project priorities and outcomes.
Must Have:
- Ability to manage quality assurance projects
- Ability to to effectively communicate quality issues and recommendations to improve quality to senior level IT management
- Quality Assurance and testing processes knowledge
- Experience in the application of governance models/quality related frameworks
- ITIL
