Position Goals:• Management of services and projects (in close cooperation with service provider's service level manager).
• Monitor and control performance of services (in close cooperation with service provider customer service manager).
• Determine process gaps and implement process improvements where necessary.
Main task / activities:
• Daily review of incidents, problems, changes.
• Improve implemented control mechanisms for SLAs.
• Prepare reports in SNOW, weekly and monthly statistics.
• Assist with Network service catalogue introduction.
• "Chase" Service Providers
Position requirements:
• Service Now - advantage.
• Excel - reporting and formula functions - must.
• Powerpoint Presentation - basic.
• Basic Network knowledge (comparable to Cisco CCNA).

• Experience in an outsourced environment is an advantage
