Position Goals:• Support in generating Service Cost models, Service Cost Compositions and Service Level Agreements.
• Assess Models with respective teams, document change requirements and update/store information in database.
Main tasks / activities:
• Analyze current cost models
• Prep-up cost models from a planning tools (Excel extracts) into VISIO diagrams as a discussion basis
• Organize review meetings, take notes & action items
• Fill gathered data into according templates (based on Word, Excel, MS Access)
• Keep track of task lists and assignments of tasks to individuals
Position requirements:
• Good understanding of IT & IT Infrastructure
• Excellent English communication
• Good organizational & project management / organizational skills
• Good Excel skills to quickly extract and manipulate data
• Good skills in Visio & PowerPoint to visualize structures, models
• Good project delivery skills - manage time & deliverables timelines
• Efficient in mass data manipulation (excel, ultraedit)
• Basic understanding of usage of MS Access
