Our client in the Finance Industry seeks a Transition Manager to assist in the transition of service from the current internal service performers and incumbent suppliers to a strategic offshore vendor.
Role:
. Deliver the Transition of the global Enterprise Systems Management environment/applications/services
. Optimise existing capabilities in line with a framework delivery.
. Introduce new working practices where required
Required Skills:
. Proven track record of service transition projects in an IT environment
. Strong operational experience
. Previous experience of setting up new services/managed services
. Excellent English language skills
. Experienced in global and multicultural environments
. Excellent Project Management skills
. Driving best deliveries out of the specific set up
