For our client in Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced CRM Senior Java Developer to the team managing the client relationship management system (CRM-tool) of the Financial institutions client segment. This system includes all relevant information to care for our the company's clients. The application supports particularly the departments Relationship Management Bank for Banks (RMB4B) and Account Management Banks & Regulated Brokers (AMBRB) in the daily business and also in the case of visit preparations and reports. GlobIS is also used by the product specialists who are responsible in relationship to FI's. GlobIS was introduced in 2001 as a web application and since it success keeps growing.Functions
Recording of client information (Addresses, contacts, distribution information)
Administration of the segmentation

Technical description
GlobIS is worldwide web based application entirely build on the new company JPA/Spring MOAP (Mother of all Projects) template.
Base on the most recent technologies it fully supports all robustness and performances objectives of a professional application. Spring framework help to separate all application parts with a high abstraction level and modularize cross-cutting concerns in aspects. Data persistence is handled in an Object Oriented manner with help of JPA annotation, object validation is based on JSR 303, Unit and Performance Test are done using different framework like JUnit, DBUnit, HttpUnit and JMeter, and are run on a daily basis during nightly build to keep a high quality level. Drive by the necessity to create innovative contemporary web UI design, AJAX in combination with JQuery adds more dynamism and possibilities to the Front End.
GlobIS is JRE 5.0 and J2EE 1.4 compliant, published on a Tomcat server in development environment and run on WebSphere in production.
