Tasks:
Deliver the Transition of the Enterprise Systems Management environment/applications/services to the highest standards. The ultimate measure of success will be the seamless transition of service from the current internal service performers and incumbent suppliers to the strategic vendor as required while meeting the business case of the programme.
The person appointed will deliver a global IT service transition and transformation programme in line with a framework for delivery that will seek to optimise existing capabilities. In parallel, new working practices shall be introduced where required to assure an excellent experience for all parties involved as well as a positive internal working environment geared towards success.
Your profile:
* A good understanding as well as a proven track record of service transition projects in an IT environment
* Strong operational experience
* Previous experience of setting up new services/managed services
* Excellent English language skills
* Used to work in global and multicultural environments and driving best deliveries out of the specific set up
* Excellent Project Management skills
* Fast learner
* Very customer focused
