Application Engineer- Banking- Contract- Zurich
In this role you will be responsible for application maintenance and development of existing applications and interfaces in securities trading as well as analysis, implementation and support of business requirements.You will also be responsible for the preparation of all relevant documentation, co-ordination, planning and implementation of business requirements and IT projects with short development cycles
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in C # programming (minimum 3 years) (WPF, WCF, EF, ASP)
- Experience in Enterprise Applications (Windows Service)
- Good understanding of structure, design, setup and maintenance of SQL databases (minimum 3 years)
- Technical knowledge and experience on the Windows platform and Microsoft tools (Excel, SharePoint)
- Deployment of Continuous Integration
- Good knowledge of data modelling, analysis and design
- Bank expertise in securities and it would also be beneficial if you had knowledge of currency trading
- Completed computer science education, technical college or equivalent training
