For our client, a pharmaceutical company based in Basel (Switzerland), we are looking for a motivated and ambitious:
Service Manager (ASAP - end of September 2012)
Your Tasks
- Manages Service delivery for SISNet Global Operations Center (GOC) Business Intelligence for European BW systems
- Manage the service transition to the Integrated Business Intelligence platform
- Responsible for ensuring that the internally and externally sourced SAP BI services are aligned with business needs and are delivered in accordance with customer Service Level
- Agreements to the IT Standards of our client and in line with industry best practice
- Responsible for the service life cycle management which includes SAP BI service & application life cycle management, architecture, service level management & process improvements, request & capacity management, innovation, supplier & contract management, benchmarking, etc.
Your Profile
- 8+ years of experience in a Process Management environment
- Completed at least 2 full cycles of SAP BI implementation in the role of functional expert or Project/Integration Manager
- Experience as Service Manager in SAP BI area
- Minimum 2 years of experience with ITIL
- Work experience in a similar position/project
