Senior IT Communications Manager
Key Responsibilities
1) Responsible for Stakeholder Management, Public Relations, Operational Communication, Program Internal Communication of all programs
2) Ensure maintenance and implementation of the Program Communication Plans
3) Support Program Manager in all tasks related to program internal and external communication
4) Assist Program Manager in the preparation and review of presentations, email communications, mission statements, program news, interviews, personnel and other announcements, newsletters, press releases, speeches
5) Maintain communication templates and tools
6) Ensure the continuity of terminology, look and feel, tone throughout the program (one voice)
7) Responsible for the content of the Program Intranet sites
8) Collaborate and closely align with stakeholders (Global, Divisional IT, GIS) and other communication groups where required (PBO)
9) Support and advise the program team on communication techniques and activities
