For our customer in the area of Zurich we are looking for a
Program Portfolio Manager
As a member of the Portfolio Management Office your role will include:
Ensure consistency and quality according to the defined investment governance process methodology and tools; Preparation of the submissions to the monthly IT Change Board Meeting and the Firm-wide Investment Governance Committee; Preparation of material for internal and external communication, eg to regulators; Pro-active tracking of cost & benefits targets across the Portfolio; Provide monthly portfolio reporting by streams & producers; Adhoc reporting and financial analysis; Implement tracking mechanism to manage new intra-year demand; Provide guidance to stream PMOs on any issues regarding cost object setup, producer/OC transfers, program base lining and funding drawdowns; Manage Core Team actions and issue tracking; Requirements
To be effective in this role the candidate must have the following skills and qualifications:
Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in IT Project Management or COO function with cross-location and cross-divisional exposure both on the IB and WM side; Strong network across the Group Technology organisation and in-depth understanding Investment Governance process are a must; Advanced skills with Excel pivot tables, PowerPoint; Direct client interaction with senior managers will require interpersonal and client management skills; Excellent communication and presentation skills.
