Program Portfolio Manager, (Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Investment Governance), English, 12 month contract, Zurich. Our client, one of the leading and most recognised brands within the banking sector, is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Portfolio Manager.
In this contract you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Ensure consistency and quality according to the defined investment governance process methodology and tools
- Preparation of the platform's submissions to the monthly IT Change Board Meeting and the Firm-wide Investment Governance Committee
- Preparation of the platform's material for internal and external communication, eg to regulators (FRNBY, FINMA)
- Pro-active tracking of cost & benefits targets across the platform's Portfolio
- Provide monthly platform's portfolio reporting by streams & producers
- Adhoc reporting and financial analysis from eXtract
- Implement tracking mechanism to manage new intra-year demand
- Provide guidance to the PMOs on any issues regarding cost object setup, producer/OC transfers, program baselining and funding drawdowns
- Moderation of Sharepoint and Intranet sites
- Manage the Core Team actions and issue tracking
The successful candidate should have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or Program Management with cross-location and cross-divisional exposure both on the IB and WM side
- In-depth understanding of Investment Governance processes
- Excellent skills with Excel pivot tables, Powerpoint and eXtract
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (you will be interacting directly with senior managers)
- Fluent in English
