Role: Front Office OSS Engineers
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months (Extendable)
No of Positions: 8
Required Skills and Experience- Good Knowledge of Windows and other Ofimatic tools such as Office.
- Good knowledge of different OS Systems such as Windows, Linux, Sun OS and others.
- Real Time networks in terms of collecting and analysing traces, troubleshooting problems occurring on the network
- TCP/IP Networks.
- English proficiency required, other language is beneficial.
- Creative and Customer focused.
- Knowledge about technical support workflows and escalation paths.
- Network Management Systems usage in Alarm analysis and correlation experience.
- GSM, UMTS network architectures and protocols.
