Role: Front Office VAS Engineers
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months (Extendable)
No of Positions: 8
Required Skills and Experience- Intelligent Networks Systems (IN).
- PSTN Switching devices and main protocols (SS7) and VoIP systems.
- Mobileand Fix Services equipments such as WAP GW, MMSC,SDP and others.
- Good Knowledge of Windows and other Ofimatic tools such as Office.
- Real Time networks in terms of collecting and analysing traces, troubleshooting problems occurring on the network
- English proficiency required, other language is beneficial.
- Creative and Customer focused.
- Knowledge about technical support workflows and escalation paths.
- Network Management Systems usage in Alarm analysis and correlation experience.
- GSM, UMTS network architectures and protocols.
