My client is a well-known, global Pharmaceutical company looking for a Senior/Principal SAS Programmer for a 6 month contract based in Basel, Switzerland. This exciting new opportunity is to start ASAP.
Senior/Principal SAS Programmer - Job Description:
- Will be responsible for all programming aspects for major, complex clinical drug programmes within multiple projects
- To act as a technical expert to offer consulting, training, mentoring for other programmers and may also act as a programmer representative on major non-clinical activities
Senior/Principal SAS Programmer - Must Have Requirements/Experience:
- Expert knowledge and experience within SAS and other relevant programming software
- Proven experience in the development of advanced MACROs
- At least 8 years experience in a programming role, preferably supporting the Clinical Trials/or in the Pharmaceutical industry
- Need to have a good understanding of regulatory requirements
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English
- BA/BS/MS equivalent in either Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Sciences or a related field
