On behalf of our client, an international leading pharmaceutical company in Basel, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager IAM. This position is a contract starting in June until end of April 2013 (with the option to extend).
You will occupy the following activities:
- Planning, directing and coordinating activities in the Identity and Access Management Program (IAM)
- Planning and maintaining project plans of the IAM and his sub streams
- Managing the dependencies to other project teams
- Leading PMO activities
- Coordination of activities between different departments
- Managing technical stakeholders
You will be responsible for many different tasks like resource allocations and the phases of development life cycle. Furthermore you will interact with the management, coordinate and direct the team members as well as cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for documentation and you will obtain and manage external resources if they are needed.
For this interesting and challenging role you need to fulfil the following requirements:
- Extensive experience in Identity and Access Management
- Documented experience in managing large scale projects, analytical methodologies and best practises
- Excellent understanding of project management processes and procedures
- Strong skills in MS Project, MS Word, Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, ITIL (Expert) and ISO20000 (Consultant/Manager or internal Auditor)
- Based knowhow about systems to share documents
- Excellent communication skills in English
