Project Manager - ITIL - MS Office - Pharma - Switzerland
Project Manager with strong experience required, to work on a project within a major pharmaceutical in Switzerland
Main Tasks:
- Plan, direct and co-ordinate the activities in the Identity and Access Management Program (IAM)
- Plan and maintain project plans from IAM sub streams
- Lead PMO activities for the program.
- Manage technical stakeholders in the company's divisions involved in Identity and Access management
- Projects in the IAM CLuster are strategic in nature. Responsibilities may include resource allocation and all phases of development life cycle (ie feasibility study, requirements, analysis, ROI, business plan, design, testing, and implementation planning).
- Regularly interacts with management.
- Coordinates and directs the activities of project team members.
- May be responsible for cross-functional teams.
- Ensures all project requirements and/or objectives are documented.
- May obtain and manage external resources required for project completion
Main Skills:
- Expertise in running medium to large scale projects
- Excellent understanding of project management processes and procedures
- Experience with project management and analyst methodologies and best practices
- Strong analytical skills
- Business process development best practices, change management; strong MS Project, MS Word, Visio, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills
- Understanding of systems for sharing and collaboration
- Excellent communication skills to work with cross-program resources.
- ITIL Expert (Lifecycle Modules)
- ISO20000 Consultant/Manager or Internal Auditor
- Familiar with the company's Operational Service Model
Location: Basel - Switzerland
Duration: 1.6.2012 to 30.4.2013 (with option for extension)
Hourly rate: negotiable
