For our customer in Zurich we are looking for a 12 months period a Senior Java Developer J2SE m/f
You will work as part of a small development team to enhance and maintain the Pricing and Trading Flow systems for the FX Listed Product business
Your responsibility:
The development team are focussed on the business delivery pipeline, working iteratively and delivering functionality to production on a weekly basis.
The necessary technical and professional skills are the following: Has at least 5 years hands-on professional experience with JAVA SE & OO development Has at least 3 years experience with Java development in a multi-threaded non-J2EE environment Has experience with messaging technologies (JMS/RV/EMS/MQ) Has experience within the financial sector (preferably within FX Structured Products or FX derivatives) Experience with GUI technologies (eg SWT, Swing) is desired Experience with Requirements capture and technical analysis is an advantage
