Connect44 is urgently looking for an experienced SPMS team leader for our client.
Location: Zurich, Switzerland
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months renewable
Post Mission
To ensure the efficient and effective operation of Multi Vendor Spare Part Management Service, including warehouse management and order management, meeting agreed internal service KPI's with reasonable cost.
Main Responsibilities
- To manage and direct the MV-SPMS operation to provide country wide spare parts availability meeting agreed delivery times measured against KPI's.
- Manage logistic provider, order intake, performance delivery, repair loop management, warehouse management, root cause analysis on miss-performance
- To control and manage repair agreements, OEM and Third party, plan stock level adjustments
- To seek initiatives for service improvement and business growth(eg Find out any work practices in daily works to reduce repeated fault rate, response time, saving of materials; Exploring new task opportunity to raise extra revenue)
- Manage pro actively changes in the customer network to secure matching SPMS services
- To monitor and control the CAPEX and OPEX for ensuring the optimization of all resources
- Performance reports, improvement reports
- Regular SPMS Operations Report like stock value depreciation and stock level changes
Qualifications:
Degree in Electronic/logistics or equivalent, and preferred with postgraduate training in the said industries
Experience:
At least 5 years of complex MV-SPMS management experience in telecommunications environment. Experience in different service related areas with emphasis on logistic services is preferable.
