For our client, an international global player, we are currently seeking an experienced Service Manager Biometric Systems
This position is based in Basel, Switzerland and is a 6 month contract with possible extension options (starting ASAP).
In this challenging role, you will act as a delivery service manager and system analyst for core biometrics systems. You will liaise with various stake holders in order to analyze requirements and provide consultancy and support.
For this role you must have:
- Documented experience as Service Manager, Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
- Previous working experience within the pharmaceutical industry, knowledge of Biometrics systems
- Strong technical understanding
- Project experience is an asset
- Strong customer focus, dedicated to maintain high quality standards
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
