Project Management - EBT- Withholding Tax Processing Project (m/f)
Description
The European Business Transformation (EBT)- Withholding Tax Processing Project is one of seven projects withing the EBT - Final Withholding Tax Program. The purpose of the program is to provide the functionality to support the taxation of all earnings on assets held by UK, German and Austrian clients in Switzerland. The Witholding Tax Processing Project will provide transaction based and accounting data storage as well as country specific taxation rules and calculation methods. In order to adhere to the treaties with the UK, Germany and Austria the project timeline is fixed.
In your role as Project Manager you must manage the project according to RUP (SDLC), and would be responsible for:
All project deliveries
Planning, organising and controlling the project
Leading and coordinating the project team
Delivering the project according to agreed scope, time and budget
Ensuring appropriate change and risk management
Managing stakeholders
Mandatory Requirements
University degree or equivalent
Excellent Swiss banking know-how especially Securities Processing/Client Position Keeping
5 years + IT project management experience in the finance industry
Profound knowledge of project management processes, methods and standards specifically RUP
Strong organisational skills which are based on a disciplined and structured approach
Clear verbal and written communication, both in German and English
