Description:
We are seeking a part time Program Support Specialist to assist the clients Technology Services
Channel Team driving partner engagement and communication around their new partner
program.
The Role:
- Support Channel Business Manager in daily duties and functions
- Report and analyze reseller program performance
- Working with external and internal resources to manage details of reseller service program
- Gather and communicate program inputs between country operations and EMEA
- Working with cross-functional teams to inform, influence and oversee
The Skills:
- Partnership/Teamwork: ability to work well with a variety of people and be flexible to take on different roles/responsibilities as things change
- Experienced with Spreadsheets, PowerPoint
- Channel experience
- IT/Telco background a major plus
- Fluency in both German and English is essential
Workload: 50%
Location: Dübendorf
Start: as soon as possible
Duration: 6 months with option to extend
