Connect44 has an exciting position available based in Zurich, Switzerland. We are searching for a RAN Field Support Engineer who has previous experience in swap projects using Huawei equipment.
Job description
- Check Swap solution and provide input for partner Purchase Order
- Provide Technical support on site for I&C Partners before and during swap in case of troubleshooting
- Ensure performance & quality targets of I&C services provided by Partners
- Provide Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety checks on site
- Ensure Site Acceptence from I&C Partner towards Vendor and Customer
- Perform trainings to I&C Partner and Customer.
- Ensure data fill at Vendor & Customer tools (iSite and NetSite)
- Huawei equipment experience and previous Swap project experience is mandatory!
