PMO - German Speaking - Zurich - Contract
On behalf of our client, a major Bank based in Zurich, Switzerland, Nicoll Curtin are looking for a Senior PMO (Project Management Officer) to join their team for a 12 Months contract.
As a PMO, you would be responsible for:
- Enabling the Project Manager to deliver his project according to the agreed scope, time and budget by pro-actively supporting him in all aspects of project management especially planning and forecasting, budget controlling, documentation, quality management, risk management and communication
- Organising meetings and workshops
- Creating project status reports and financial forecasts required as part of project control
- Maintaining the repository for project artefacts
- Documenting and tracking project risks
MUST-HAVE:
* University degree or equivalent
* Extensive IT Project Management Office or Project Management experience in the finance industry
* Knowledge of project management processes, methods and standards (preferably RUP)
* Strong organisational skills which are based on a disciplined and structured approach
* Clear verbal and written communication, both in German and English
