We are looking for our client for a Program Support Specialist 50% in the area of Zurich:The Role
- Support Channel Business Manager in daily duties and functions
- Report and analyze reseller program performance
- Working with external and internal resources to manage details of reseller service
program
- Gather and communicate program inputs between country operations and EMEA
- Working with cross-functional teams to inform, influence and oversee
The Skills
- Partnership/Teamwork: ability to work well with a variety of people and be flexible to take on different roles/responsibilities as things change
- Experienced with Spreadsheets, PowerPoint
- Channel experience
- IT/Telco background a major plus
- Fluency in both German and English is essential
