Test Manager
For My client based here in Zürich I am looking for a Test Manager for Client Solutions Team.
Type: Contract
Start: 01.05.12
Duration: 6 months
Location: Zürich
Language: English and German required
Scope of Project:
- Deliver test management and test operation services in scope, on time and within financing as pre-agreed with projects. Cost deviation max. 2%
- Recognize need for action and provide pro-actively solutions.
- Decide on time, goal-oriented and give reason.-
- Set priorities correctly and communicate actively.
- Recognize dependencies and address its to stakeholders.
- Organize and plan activities systematically and proceed efficiently
- Manage effective controls on test operation level and exceptions, define measures and consult customer (weekly status report) address high risks
- Consider technical testing and L&P requirements when defining Test Plan. Integrate technical testing team in projects and provide a single test plan for all testing activities
- Experience in testing and test management (SAQ Certified Tester Advances Level)
- Experience in leading small teams
- IT skills (min. 5 years' experience with IT-projects)
- Experience project management (PMI Certification Foundation or similar)
- Fluent written and spoken German
- Fluent written and spoken English
