In your role as Senior Project Manager Officer (PMO) you would be responsible for:
* Enabling the Project Manager to deliver his project according to the agreed scope, time and budget
by pro-actively supporting him in all aspects of project management especially planning and
forecasting, budget controlling, documentation, quality management, risk management and
communication.
* Establishing project management processes within the project or program based on defined UBS
standards, and ensuring these processes are followed
* Organising meetings and workshops
* Creating project status reports and financial forecasts required as part of project control
* Maintaining the repository for project artefacts
* Documenting and tracking project risks
Mandatory Skills:
The necessary technical and professional skills are the following:
* University degree or equivalent
* 3+ years IT Project Management Office or Project Management experience in the finance
industry
* Knowledge of project management processes, methods and standards (preferably RUP)
* Strong organisational skills which are based on a disciplined and structured approach
* Clear verbal and written communication, both in German and English
* Swiss/EU citizens or candidates with valid Swiss work permit may apply
Soft Skills:
* Strong team player
* Excellent communication skills
* Flexible and able to work under pressure
