We are looking for a Business Analyst/Engineer for the payments team.
- Responsibility for capturing and decomposing business requirements and transform them into BE deliverables (especially functional and non-functional requirements specifications, UC, BOM).
- The chance to independently investigate business problems and formulate solution proposals.
- In-depth collaboration with all main project counterparties.
- Use functional and technical domain expertise in liaising with Business and IT stakeholders
- Manage IT and Business stakeholder expectations
Skill/Qualifications required:
- Academic Degree (MA./M.S./Ph.D.)
- Working experience in the Financial Services Industry and solid understanding of payments products
- In-depth methodological know-how in Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering
- Minimum 3 years' experience in project delivery organizations as an business analyst/engineer
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and German)
- Strong repertoire of business analysis and engineering methods
- Ability to work under pressure and under stringent timelines
- Ability to form trust relationships within IT and with Business stakeholders
Desired:
- Strong payments domain knowledge
- Strong Information Technology Background
- Experience in Enterprise Solutions as an Architect or developer competencies
- Consults with management on modifying business processes to enhance service delivery.
- Designs key features and considerations for new products; considers long-term trends and broad business implications for alternatives.
- Conceptualizes and describes high-level data flows between core systems
- Facilitates effective communication with senior technical and business associates.
- Interacts with a wide variety of technical and business audiences.
