1st Line Functional and Technical Support
- Bilingual (English and French speaking);
- Consultant level resources: 3 Years' experience in IT and PeopleSoft project and support experience;
- Resolve easy to manage incidents, deal with regular service requests and with simple requests for change
- Assist 2nd and 3rd Line; Monitoring of the production system.
- Liaise with Client staff and other external contractors related to Support.
- Domain: PeopleSoft Financial Consultant.
