Senior Project Manager Officer (PMO) (m/f)
Description
The Clients & Products unit within the Wealth Management & Swiss Bank IT organisation develops leading edge applications for product offerings and client servicing. The Project Management unit is responsible for managing the project portfolio according to defined processes and priorities. This portfolio contains a wide range of projects which can offer you interesting opportunities according to your specific knowledge and area of interest.
In your role as Senior Project Manager Officer (PMO) you would be responsible for:
- Enabling the Project Manager to deliver his project according to the agreed scope, time and budget by pro-actively supporting him in all aspects of project management especially planning and forecasting, budget controlling, documentation, quality management, risk management and communication.
- Establishing project management processes within the project or program based on defined bank standards, and ensuring these processes are followed
- Organising meetings and workshops
- Creating project status reports and financial forecasts required as part of project control
- Maintaining the repository for project artefacts
- Documenting and tracking project risks
Mandatory Skills:
- The necessary technical and professional skills are the following:
- University degree or equivalent
- 3+ years IT Project Management Office or Project Management experience in the finance industry
- Knowledge of project management processes, methods and standards (preferably RUP)
- Strong organisational skills which are based on a disciplined and structured approach
- Clear verbal and written communication, both in German and English
- Swiss/EU citizens or candidates with valid Swiss work permit may apply
