- Experience in 2nd-Level-Support (desktop-, notebook-, printer-, soft- and hardware incidents in Windows/Office environments
- Windows Vista, Windows 7, Citrix
- Installation, Moves, Add and Changes. De-installations
- Good communication skills to endusers
- MS Office Skills, if possible certificated or completed IT apprenticeship (Systemtechniker)
- Updating inventory databases
- Hands-on server/network
- Technical documents (writing/editing)
- Different administration tasks
- Independently working onsite
- good comprehension
- self-planning skills
- willingness for standby duty
- German fluent in written and spoken, English fluent in written and spoken is a big plus
