We are seeking resources with Long-term experience in Finacle Treasury (Infosys) for the following position:- Co-ordination and oversight of all FT testing activity, coordinating with the project and being the single escalation point for all testing issues relating to the Line.
- Managing user testing and acceptance of process and system change
- Facilitating prioritization of work items
- Review current testing standards across the program and where applicable build and implement new standards to improve the quality and communication of testing activity
- Ensure continuous improvement within the testing function, including the use of automation tools, driving the strategic agenda and owning the change plan, with support from the Project test managers.
- Build out and actively manage the processes to capture, manage and resolve defects to ensure the successful completion of all test phases.
- Manage the transition between test phases, ensuring entry and exit criteria are effectively managed
- hands-on management of functional and User testing phases
All testing issues for all phases of testing will be escalated to FT Management
Stakeholders
- 100 % Support for the Test Manager in Project
- Improve STP rate for Fixed Income products Provide base for pre and post trade analytics
- Ensure full IFiD compliance
Tech or other skills:
- Experience to perform manual testing to ensure the software meets stated requirements & designs.
- Experience to create detailed test cases based on requirements.
- Experience with established quality assurance test methodologies (Agile)
- Experience with standard software development life cycle practices (Familiarity with iterative development methodologies such as Scrum is a plus!)
- Experience with HP Quality Center.
- Ability to thrive as both an individual contributor and as a team contributor.
- Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Fluent in English - oral and written, German desirable.
- Long-term experience with Finacle Treasury.
