Elan is seeking a "Developer" to join an international team
Scope of Work:
In this role you shall be working with high level lead developers to enhance and build large database systems.
Experience required
*Minimum 2 years Perl experience
*UAT testing
*Documentation
*Packaging
*Create Installation-Orders
*self-reliant workstyle with a high level of responsibility and reliability, pro-active communication style, delivery- and quality-oriented
*5+ years experience working with Unix, Solaris
*3 years Perl, Shell Scripting experience
*5+ years Oracle Knowledge
Nice to have
*DBA Know how is a Plus
*Stored Procedures, PL/SQL
*JCS (Job controller) experience
Key Skills
*Solid Solaris development background
*good Perl script Scripting
*good SQL Scripting skills
Experience within the banking industry is preferred
Ability to work alone and works well in a team
Strong communication skills
Fluent business English required both written and spoken, German is nice to have
A higher IT University degree
Location: Zurich
Start: latest June, ideally mid May 2012
