We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Records Management)

Electronic Records Management is an essential function in todays banking industry, where compliance to regulatory requirements is proven by providing evidence in form of records. Providing efficient and effective end to end solutions to support the document driven business processes is another core area of our unit.

As a Business Analyst, you will perform the following tasks:

Analysis and Solution Definition:

  • Analyze the needs of the various business functions, derive the required IT capabilities for the client's organization and create the respective use case models
  • Review and elaborate requirements, establish specifications, document the business processes and propose IT solutions to enable the business functions in question
  • Document functional and non functional requirements of the proposed solutions.

Testing Support:

  • Support the Test Engineers in creating the test cases
  • Partially assist test execution and debugging and defining priorities of defect resolution

In that process, you work closely with the business to identify their needs and develop and document target solutions (eg by using UML notifications). In addition, close interaction with the Solution Architects will expose you to efficient design of our component based architecture. Furthermore, you interact with Software Designers - in house and with outsourcing partners. During testing the focus will shift to collaboration with the dedicated testing and integration team members.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the banking industry
  • Experience as an IT Business Analyst
  • Records Management knowledge is considered as an advantage
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with disciplined and structured approach
  • Experience of Managing Complex and Demanding Global Clients
  • Experience in 3rd Party Vendor Implementations
  • A very good command of English, (German will be an advantage)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Modelling Skills (Business Processes and Datamodelling)
  • Master degree in information systems or a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be acquired
