CRM Program Manager 89299
MBA is currently looking for a CRM Program Manager to work in Lausanne for a contract until the end of the year (possibility of extensions). The ideal candidate will work cross functionally to deliver the CRM projects and the supporting solutions, services, integrations and partnerships that are required.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Work with markets and globally managed businesses as well as the different technical, functional and service delivery teams to build a CRM Roadmap that delivers the business requirement on a short, mid and long term
- Develop and maintain the business project portfolio
- Ensure end to end coordination of the projects (from requirements, development, deployment and sustain)
- Coordinate the project together with the markets and globally managed business project managers, from design through delivery and handover to sustain
- Coordinate the development/evolution of a functional and technical architecture
- Coordinate the selection of solution and technology partners supporting the projects
- Ensure projects follow the agreed processes and methodologies
- Act as the key contact point for related issues and escalations
- Work closely with all players involved on the CRM (Agencies, Development Partners, GLOBE, Providers)

- Proven experience on complex CRM projects
- Relevant experiences in consumer goods industry
