On behalf of our major client in the Pharma industry, Harvey Nash is currently looking for a Technical Architect (Identity & access Management) for a challenging assignment in Switzerland.
Project description
Ensure a global IAM (Identity & Access Management) strategy and standards (integration, infrastructure, data, application and business process) meeting ongoing and future needs of the defined business area. Provides high level expertise, technical support and consultation to the business and IT management. Main Tasks
Define, optimize and standardize the IAM (Identity & Access Management) architecture on a global basis within the defined business area. Plan and organize the implementation of new systems architectures Ensure that the installed architecture satisfies defined performance, security and availability parameters. Identify proactively any shortcomings in performance. Ensure adequacy of upgrades. Evaluate new technological developments Act as the primary technical resource to client and IT staffs in all phases of development and implementation process. Provide in-depth technical and business knowledge to ensure efficient design, programming and implementation. Main Skills
Professional skills in the modelling techniques TOGAF Interview business partners, organize and run requirements sessions with groups of users. Conduct assessments of processes and data to detail requirements. Analyze and model relevant business processes, rules and data relationships Develop use cases. Determine data flows and sources, identify data conversion or migration needed to support goals and uses in a process. Lead authoring of the user requirements document. Ensure the business aligns processes (SOPs) with the system functionality requested. In-depth understanding of the identity and access management domain Identify and address architectural challenges Create models and assess alternative approaches Prepare architectural documents and presentations Technical skills
