For our client, an internationally renowned pharmaceutical company in Basel, we are currently looking for a Pharmaceutical Administrative Assistant for a 3 months contract opportunity. The start would be immediately.
Your tasks:
- You are responsible for the document management and status update
- You will coordinate and track training progress of the whole program team
- You will manage project documentations with SharePoint
- In addition, you will provide budget and quality reports as well as status updates
Your experience:
- Worked as an Administrative Assistant within the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge
- Working knowledge of MS Sharepoint
- You speak German and English fluently (spoken and written)
