Quality Manager - ITIL - Service Desk Analyst - German/French - Pharma - Switzerland
Quality Manager with strong experience required to work on a project for a major pharmaceutical in Switzerland.
Major Tasks:
- Support application competence center to follow defined ITIL processes
- Support closing CAPAs
- Support in Service Desk analysis
- The role will require a wide spectrum of expertise from technical knowledge to processes management.
- The initial area will be the and may be expanded to support other competence centers as well.
Main Skills:
- Quality Manager for Operations (IT).
- Experienced working in a complex environment (multi sites, divisions, organizations etc.)
- Must be able to deal with diverse teams
- English is a must, German and/or French is an advantage
- Good analytic skills to assess changes to applications and Infrastructure and assess related risk
- Strong ITIL knowledge/experience
Location: Basel - Switzerland
Duration: 7.5.2012 to 31.10.2012 (with option for extension)
Hourly rate: negotiable
