Procurement Specialist
On behalf of our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company, Manning Global Group is currently looking for Procurement Specialist based in Switzerland, on a contract basis to start ASAP.
Responsibilities
· Overseeing the contract management for the suppliers, projects from the very start and through to completion
· Ensuring that all contract and procurement tasks are completed on time and within its budget.
· Collecting cost information for similar services and building cost benchmark for the assigned categories and contracts.
· Evaluating subcontractors’ performance.
· Qualifying and certifying suppliers of telecom installation work and subcontractors.
· Conducting minor negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors on a daily basis to maximize company’s benefit from the execution faze of the projects.
· Assisting in organizing and conducting bidding activities, RF(x) preparation, offers evaluation, negotiation and contract signing.
Requirements:
· Very good understanding of all aspects of the contracting process, and have good understanding of the special technical building requirements for Telecommunication solutions.
· More than 3 years of work experience of contract management
· Bachelor's degree or above in procurement, telecommunication engineering, or other relevant area will be an advantage.
· Fluency in English and German, Chinese language knowledge is a plus.
