Project/Program Quality Manager - GERMAN - budget reporting - Pharma - Switzerland
Project/Program Quality Manager with strong experience required to work on a project for a major pharmaceutical in Switzerland.
Major Skills:
- Basic understanding of Quality Management and the Pharmaceutical Industry would be an asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
- Fluent in English and German is a must
- Flexibility in working place and time
Main Tasks:
- Maintain and manage Program Document List which includes management of Document IDs, tracking of document status, uploading and managing project documentation in SharePoint
- Training Tracking for the overall program team, which includes collecting training records, following up on training performance
- Supporting the training material development and execution for the program specific trainings
- Additional administrative tasks like, updating status reports, QM budget reporting can be delegated as well
- Assistance with the definition, organization and performance of Health Checks on the program and project level
Location: Basel - Switzerland
Duration: 2.5.2012 to 31.7.2012 (with option for extension)
Hourly rate: negotiable
