Service Manager - Pharma - Switzerland - Business Intelligence - SAP BI - Service transition
Service Manager with strong experience required to work on a project for a major pharmaceutical in Switzerland.
Major Accountabilities:
- Manages Service delivery for Global Operations Center (GOC) Business Intelligence for European BW systems.
- Manage the service transition to the Integrated Business Intelligence platform.
- Responsible for ensuring that the internally and externally sourced SAP BI services are aligned with business needs and are delivered in accordance with customer Service Level Agreements to the company's IT Standards and in line with industry best practice.
- Responsible for the service life cycle management which includes SAP BI service & application life cycle management, architecture, service level management & process improvements, request & capacity management, innovation, supplier & contract management, benchmarking, etc
Location: Basel - Switzerland
Duration: 23.4.2012 to 30.9.2012 (with option for extension)
Hourly rate: negotiable
