User Support - Our client, an international financial services company, is currently looking for a proactive, self motivated and German speaking User Support with good IT knowledge.

Main tasks and activities:

  • Providing consultancy services to users of the IT Change Mgmt process within the application
  • Performing administrative tasks in the application, eg unlocking phases, replanning phases of change requests, etc.
  • Compilation of lists of change requests (CR) and the subsequent processing of the CRs with respect to risk assessment, formal acceptance of deliverables for the QA phase, etc.

To be considered for this long term role you must have the following skills/experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in IT
  • Change Management and Support experience
  • Good knowledge of MS.Office Tools
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Good understanding of IT (Unix, Mainframe, Windows und Netzwerk)
  • Strong team and communication skills
  • Ability to act independently and autonomously
