Connect44 has a fantastic opportunity based in Zurich, Switzerland. We are currently searching for a Fixed-Line Telecommunications specialist with experience in fault management/operations/maintenance.
- Routers, Switches, IPDSLAM, WDM Nodes and SDH equipments.
- VPN solutions (public based on IPSEC/SSL or private based on MPLS)
- Good Knowledge of Windows and other Ofimatic tools such as Office.
- Good knowledge of different OS Systems such as Windows, Linux, Sun OS.
- Real Time networks in terms of collecting and analysing traces, troubleshooting problems occurring on the network
- TCP/IP data transport protocols and networks.
- English proficiency is required and other language is beneficial.
- Creative and Customer focused.
- Knowledge about technical support workflows and escalation paths.
Start date: 11 June
Duration: 3 months + (long term project!)
