Required Skills:
- 5+ years database development experience based on MS SQL Server
- 3+ years Datawarehouse development experience based on MS SQL Server (ETL of mass data, dimensional modelling, efficient retrieval of mass data for reporting, etc.)
- Knowledge of ETL tools (eg SSIS, Informatica, Talend, Clover or others) & reporting tools (Crystal Reports, Jasper Reports, or others)
- Proven track record in delivering datawarehousing solutions from scratch
- Able to cover both design (including a practical documentation approach) as well as implementation activities
- Result-driven, practical and proactive personality able to both collaborate and establish thought-leadership with different project roles/stakeholders (architect, requirements engineer, project lead, peer developers, business users)
- Project experience in the banking industry
Optional Skills:
- Experience in managing financial instrument data across asset classes
- Experience in Credit Risk and Market Risk topics
- Tool experience with Cadis EDM suite
- C# development experience$
- Experience in agile software engineering process
- Silverlight development experience
