We are currently looking for a DB2/Sybase DBA for a customer based in Lausanne.
Required Skills:
DB2 V8, V9.1, V9.5 Database administration knowledge
Sybase 12.x and 15.x Database Administration knowledge
SQL
Knowledge in analysing and tuning Database Performance
Scripting knowledge in K-Shell
Knowledge in monitoring tools,
Familiar with Unix AIX, Windows server
Good skills to work in teams
Used to work process oriented
Used to work in different customer environments (outsourcing customers)
Readiness and flexibility to provide standby and support services outside official working hours
Nice to have skills:
Knowledge with Tivoli product portfolio (ie TSM, TSCM, SRM)
Knowledge of other Relational Database Systems as Oracle, MS SQL
Start Date.01 May 2012
End Date.30 Apr 2013 (extension possible)
